Sapphire Crystal Replacement
A focused service for replacing scratched or chipped sapphire crystals on contemporary timepieces. We source crystals to original specification and fit them with new gaskets to maintain water resistance ratings.

Full Service — Complicated Movements
A complete overhaul for mechanical wristwatches with added complications — moonphase, calendar, GMT, chronograph. Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and timing adjustment.

Crystal and case-back replacements include fresh gaskets. Where pressure testing is appropriate, we advise accordingly.

We work from the same room on Charoen Krung Road. You hand your watch to the person who will work on it.

Things people ask us.
How long will my watch take?
Crystal replacement typically takes one to two weeks. Calibration and regulation is often completed within five to seven working days. A full overhaul of a complicated movement generally requires three to six weeks, depending on parts availability and the movement's condition when it arrives.
Do you work on all watch brands?
We work primarily with Swiss-made mechanical movements and a selection of well-regarded Japanese calibers. If you are unsure whether your watch falls within our scope, write to us with the brand and reference — we will give you a straightforward answer.
What happens if my watch needs more work than expected?
We contact you before proceeding. You will receive a clear written estimate of any additional work required, and the decision to continue rests entirely with you. Nothing is done without your agreement.
Can I send my watch by post?
We do accept watches sent by insured courier. Please contact us before dispatching so we can advise on appropriate packaging and provide the correct address. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit to us.
Is there a workshop period after the full service?
Full overhauls of complicated movements come with a six-month workshop period. If a fault develops that is attributable to our work within that time, we will address it at no additional charge. This covers workmanship — it does not extend to accidental damage.
Do prices include parts?
The prices shown cover labour and standard consumables such as oils and gaskets. Spare parts — crystals, wheels, springs — are priced separately and included in your written estimate before work begins.

If you would like to bring a watch in without an appointment, Tuesday to Saturday mornings tend to be quieter. For complicated pieces, a brief note beforehand is welcome.
